We are not a big commercial company but an independent group of two Practices dedicated to excellent eye care.

Being independent we will give you impartial advice, using a range of manufactures to source the best products for your individual needs.

We are local, we live locally and our reputation is important to us and therefore your total satisfaction is important to us.

We are a small team who know all our patients and all our patients know us. You matter to us, you are not just a number to a big company.

Our Optometrists are permanent members of staff not locums, so you can get continuity in your eye care and know who you are seeing.

We allow a minimum of half an hour for each detailed eye examination, in air conditioned consulting rooms and using the latest retinal camera and visual fields equipment.

In addition to our Eye examinations we are also able to offer Diabetic Retinopathy Screening, and  DVLA Visual Fields examinations. Please contact the Practice for further information.

The dispensing and fitting of your glasses is done either by Highly Qualified Opticians or well trained Optical Assistants.

We are an official Rodenstock "Varifocal" Centre of Excellence.

We are an “Acuvue Contact Lens Centre of Excellence” and Mr. Sproson is one of the few specialists in Contact Lenses, holding the advanced specialist diploma, (DCLP). All our Optometrists are able to fit all types of contact lenses.
